If you are looking at purchasing a house getting in touch with a qualified Mortgage Professional can be an important part on the process. This is a wonderful condo in the Christie Park area of Calgary. It is over 2100 Square Feet of living space and has a detached oversize single car garage. There are three bedrooms and an office as well as two seperate living rooms. It is close to the new west leg of the Calgary LRT as well as a wide range of shopping and entertainment facilities. Real Estate Confusion

There was an interesting article in the Globe and Mail today. They outlined a lot of the confusion regarding mortgages that currently exists. Should buyers go variable or fixed, is now the time to buy, prepayment etc. After reading the article the biggest thing is that everyone’s case is different. While there are a lot of opinions and most people mean well it is important to have someone look at your specific situation and help you determine what your best options are.

Calgary Stampede Parade
